General Terms of Use

In these general terms of use ("Terms of Use"), we may send SMS to the phone number you provided when registering for information, password resetting, etc. For your account security, it is useful to type your phone number correctly. You can cancel SMS whenever you want. However, it takes time to delete and process numbers from the system.

Using cheats in the game is prohibited and a ban is imposed. All your accounts will be banned indefinitely.

It is forbidden to trade or sell your accounts or items for real money inside or outside the game. All your accounts will be banned indefinitely.

Game, forums etc. If you swear in our community, your accounts will be banned temporarily, if you swear heavily, all your accounts will be banned indefinitely and you will not be able to access the game again.

The company reserves the right to file a lawsuit. It reserves the right to compensate for all material or moral damages arising from this violation.

Every registered player is obliged to keep his/her account information confidential. Only the owner of the e-mail address to which the account is registered can use an account. Account buying and selling, transfer and barter transactions cannot be made. All responsibility arising from any compromise of the account's information belongs to the player himself. Rohan2 Game Services does not accept any responsibility in this regard.

Every registered player cannot transfer his/her account to someone else or make a sales transaction. If a player trying to sell or transfer his account is detected, his account will be blocked from access indefinitely.

Every registered player is obliged to keep his/her account information confidential. All responsibility that arises when account information is seized by malicious people or when account information is knowingly or unknowingly shared by the player to someone else belongs to the player himself. Rohan2 Game Services does not make any refunds or compensation.

Every registered player, when he downloads Rohan2 Game Services to his computer and starts playing, is obliged to notify the game administrators of any game bug situation that arises due to any reason, especially the game's software. It is absolutely unacceptable to use detected game vulnerabilities to its advantage. The detected player or players will be suspended from the game indefinitely.

No registered player may engage in any materially or morally damaging event or situation on any platform belonging to the game, threatening the real life of other players knowingly. The player or players who engage in such actions and behaviors will be banned from the game. The decision regarding the duration of the suspension to be imposed as a result of this action belongs to the Rohan2 Game Services administrators.

The official language of Rohan2 Game Services is Turkish. Players may not speak against general moral rules within the game or on any platform belonging to the game, including social media accounts. The accounts of the players found to be in such situations will be blocked temporarily as a deterrent.

Every registered player cannot sell player accounts and in-game materials for real money. It cannot be sold for the purpose of generating income, whether through social media accounts, facebook, websites or face-to-face exchange on the internet. All accounts and computers (User ID, etc. information) of the player or players who are found to have made sales are examined in detail, and as a result, access is blocked indefinitely.

Any registered player cannot claim any material or moral rights regarding the game up to that day if it is determined that he/she has violated Article 7 of the service contract. He/she cannot request a refund of the money he/she has invested in the game.

Rohan2 Game Services reserves the right to compensate all material or moral damages arising from the violation of this article, if a player is determined to have violated article 7.

Every registered player undertakes not to engage in situations that would create unfair competition and not to act against the general moral values of the game. In this context, he/she accepts the implementation of criminal action in case of rule violations occurring in the game or on any platform belonging to Rohan2 Game Services or by defaming the game on different platforms.

These penal actions include the closure of all accounts and the ban of entry to the game.

Threatening to show oneself as a relative of the game administrator or trying to defraud the player by claiming to be a relative of the game administrator: INDEFINITE

Making an immoral offer: INDEFINITE

Purchasing accounts outside the game (other than in-game items or Dragon Coins): INDEFINITE

Being a Provocateur in the game: INDEFINITE

Slander: 12 HOURS CHAT BLOCK (Time only counts while in game.)

Joint account sharing: Prohibited and INDEFINITE penal action is applied. (This is at the discretion of the manager.)

Attempting to steal and committing fraud: INDEFINITE

Game Administrators may impose a temporary or indefinite penalty on an account whether it complies with the rules above or not. Inappropriate behavior shown in any of the services (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Forum, Discord, IRC, etc.) can be perceived as done within the game and penal action can be taken.

If you think that a player has acted against the rules, you can record a video and report this to the management via the Support System within 2 days at the latest. Otherwise, no action will be taken regarding your complaint. To prove the player's violation of the rules, make sure that the server name and date/time information are visible in the videos you have taken. Videos without a date and time will not be accepted as evidence and will not be processed for complaints made for any reason. Rohan2 Game Services will examine your complaint, decide whether there is a rule violation, and apply the sanction specified in the penalty system if necessary.

If you think that a game administrator has acted against the rules, you can forward this together with the relevant evidence to the upper management via a ticket.

It is forbidden to buy, sell or attempt to buy or sell for real money inside or outside the game. All your accounts will be banned indefinitely. The management team is not obliged to provide evidence for accounts banned for sales and cheat uses through "XXX" sites.

Defamation, insults and inappropriate behavior via the community (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Forum, Discord, IRC, etc.)[1] may result in your in-game accounts being banned.

Advertising a different game or media within the game or in any of our communities[1] will result in an indefinite account ban.

Using the phrases "End of Game" market etc. in the market name or in any of our communities[1] is the reason for indefinite "redban" ban.

The user's right to use purchased store items or premium services terminates upon expiration of the usage agreement set out in the General Terms of Use or failure to comply with these rules. If a certain usage period is not specified in the description of the store items or premium service, the user does not have the right to use the store items or premium services within a certain minimum period. The account, everything sold and obtained in-game belongs to Rohan2 Game Services, and these services are terminated in case of any conflict or violation of the rules in any article of the General Terms of Use.

As Rohan2 Game Services, 'we' reserve the right to change/revise the game rules at any time without any announcement or notification. General Terms of Use are above the rules and are applied in their entirety.

Rohan2 Global players are responsible for following the changing and updated rules. These rules are generally made through our social media, site and forum "Game Rules" and "Forum and Community Rules" topics.

In case of non-game trade exchange conversations via chat, pm in the game or if prohibited spam types are made, all accounts of the offending player will be banned.

While the accounts of a player (x) who has been penalized for violating the game rules are banned, Rohan2 Game Services is not responsible for the closure of the accounts of the player (y) due to account sharing. [15.13] The player is responsible for the problems arising from account sharing.

In order to ensure in-game security, prevent the use of cheats and protect player accounts, the system may automatically record and analyze technical data such as device ID, IP address, hardware information. These data are used solely for the purpose of security, statistics and maintaining account integrity. Every user who continues to play the game is deemed to have accepted the processing of these data for the stated purposes. Players who violate the rules, cheat or engage in illegal activities may be temporarily or permanently banned from game access based on this technical information.
